Phillip, a Richmond native, is a highly motivated and driven to bring his best to his clients. He is very knowledgeable on the construction side of Real Estate because of his experience in renovation and resale on properties from his other company Pink Elephant Properties. He prides himself in being able to provide two different types of perspectives when it comes to Real Estate, as an investor and as an agent. Before becoming a Real Estate agent he was a former parachute rigger in the Marine Corps where he was assigned to packing parachutes and jumping out of working aircraft. In his free time he enjoys practicing Jiu-Jitsu, reading and continuing to educate himself on different topics such as marketing, real estate, sale, negotiations and people skills.
