Meet Eva Taylor!



Eva first became interested in Real Estate in 2004, when she began a career in property management.  She realized that she loved helping people find a great place to call home so she set her mind to becoming a Realtor.  She is excited to begin her new career in Real Estate with Clocktower Realty Group! She enjoys driving around Richmond to get a personal look at its many unique neighborhoods.  In her free time, Eva enjoys various activities— cooking with her daughter, exploring new places and activities with her husband, and making lifelong memories with family and friends.

With that in mind, we decided to take the issue to the experts. We asked the leading minds in real estate to tell us which home improvement projects are set to have the best return on investment (ROI) in 2018. Read on below to see what they had to say and to learn where in your home your sweat equity will ultimately have the biggest impact.

Her grandfather, the founder of The Restaurant Company, instilled in her the love of RVA. She grew up watching him open restaurants along with her father throughout childhood and it helped her understand the lasting impact residents can have on their city. Meet Mindy Munson


Mindy grew up in Rochester, New York and moved to Williamsburg as a teenager. It was while she attended Virginia Commonwealth University that she fell in love with Richmond. Having grown up around Real Estate, her mother remains a top performing producer in Williamsburg.  Before becoming a Realtor herself, Mindy spent 7 years as her mother’s licensed assistant and knows her way in and out of the business. She believes in making the process as streamlined and fun for her clients as possible.  As a lover of animals, she owns three cats and a dog. She also says that always maintaining a positive attitude has proven to be her greatest asset in life. She has a strong work ethic and whether it is personally or professionally, is always the go-to person for advice or recommendations. When she’s not at Clocktower, She is caring for her family including her grandmother who is almost 92 years old! She spends her weekends cheering on her children’s sports activities with her husband and on the rare occasion she has free time, she admits, she still spends it looking at houses!
