Henrico PAL (Police Athletic League) is collecting water for residents of the recent Flint, Michigan disaster. Friday is the last day for donations, which they will be collecting until 3:30 pm today and between 9:30 am - 3:30 pm on Friday. Help get clean water to Flint victims by donating to PAL, located at
