Kristina has been one of our most valuable additions to the Clocktower Team. She has amazing bedside manners and she is known for being the type of person that will get things done! Don't let her sweet looks fool you, she's great at negotiating and making sure that our clients get EXACTLY what they need. She is a very good listener and is very resourceful when it comes to finding answers to all of our client's questions. She's been in the industry for many years and has continued to grow exponentially with Clocktower Realty. 2016 was an amazing year for Kristina, she had 26 transactions that totaled over $4.5 million in sales. What does this mean for our clients? That they are getting experienced Realtors when they do business with Clocktower!

Additional information about Kristina; Kristina is one of the heavy hitters in the industry in the Greater Richmond area. She spent several years working with large listing brokers and has managed over 300 properties simultaneously. Her experience in pricing listings, home repairs and foreclosures make her an ideal candidate for anyone looking to invest! A newly wed, she spends her free time with her new husband and two dogs (Drake and Kholt) at the beach, or touring the many wineries of Virginia with her girlfriends!

Introducing WCR's President Elect Rhonda Howlett

Being President for the Women's Council of Realtors is one of the highest honors that someone can receive in the Real Estate Industry, and we're lucky to have our leader become the president next year. 2017 is going to be an amazing year for Clocktower Realty Group with Keller Williams, we've already had an amazing 2016 and next year is already shaping up to be an even better year.

Our Team Leader Rhonda Howlett has been carefully selected as the president of the WCR because of her vision, passion and ability to share a unique perspective of what's to come. Rhonda is also a Virginia native and she has grown to be very fond of #RVA. She not only participates in all sorts of charities and events but is known for openly sharing her knowledge and success secrets. She believes in the greater good and is all about empowering agents to be their best. What's so incredible about Rhonda is that she has only been in the industry a few short years, less than five; but she has quickly become one of Richmond's Top Real Estate Agents and most sought out for her skills in property investment.

I've Been Accepted Virginia Leadership Academy

Recently I’ve received the honor of being accepted into the Virginia Leadership Academy.  As a member of the class of 2015, this program will prepare and groom me for leadership roles within my community, my company and within the Virginia Realtors Association.  This is a great privilege for me as a young professional because only around 20 colleagues throughout all of Virginia are excepted in the biannual program. I am a very motivated individual, sitting as the Vice Chair of the Young Professionals Network and Treasurer of the Women’s Council of Realtors among other community involvements that I am very proud of, this appointment into the VLA will equip me with the knowledge and confidence to effect change within the Association and within my community.  I am so lucky to be accepted into the Academy and will take full advantage of all it has to offer to better serve the town and state I love.
