Watermelon Festival + Back To School

I love weekends like this one, Richmond has a lot of stuff going on. The Watermelon Festival is one of Richmond's greatest and most fun traditions, which is happening today. You really get a good sense of community and there's tons of activities all around Carytown that are worth checking out. It is also Back2School season, which means there needs to be some shopping done for the kids, which might include buying a new home. Summer is the busiest season in Real Estate, which makes sense because parents get a little bit of a break from dealing with school activities for their children.
