Clocktower Realty Group and Piperbear Properties are throwing a backyard open house party this Sunday and we’d like you to join us.
Located in Manakin Farms, 104 Holly Drive has been lovingly lived in the last few years by Piperbear tenants who just moved away from Richmond (but left behind some awesome handmade bird houses!)
This house sits on a gorgeous lot with space for games in the backyard, so we decided to make the open house an outdoor event for house hunters, our friends, and Manakin Farms Neighbors.
We will have BBQ and other food prepared by Starnes Barn Authentic Virginia BBQ. AND we will be playing fun outdoor games (like corn hole, bocce, and horseshoes) in the custom built sandpit area that Lovejoy Construction made for us.
The event will be from 4-8pm with food and drinks.
Rhonda Howlett of Clocktower Realty will be there to discuss offers on the house.
